Zoe Wilson in THREE DAYS TO SEE, Alumni in TV and Film, and more!

Zoe Wilson Zoe Wilson has been cast in the Off-Broadway production of Three Days to See! Presented by the Transport Group, the production will run Jul. 12-Aug. 16 at Theatre 79. Congrats, Zoe!

Lots of our alumni are popping up on TV and film! Jillian Lebling (Once) returned to “The Blacklist” last week. Catherine Missal (Mary Poppins) will appear in “Vacation”, the reboot of the National Lampoon film series. The film will be released on July 29th. And lastly, Katherine McNamara (A Little Night Music) will appear in “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials” later this year! Jillian’s episode as well as Catherine and Katherine’s trailers can be found below. Congratulations everyone!

KING AND I Wins Best Revival, Brooklyn Shuck Injured, and more!


Congratulations to the company of The King and I for winning the Drama League Award for Outstanding Revival of a Broadway or Off-Broadway Musical!

Brooklyn Shuck (Matilda) was injured during last night’s performance of Matilda when she cracked her head on the bedroom door during “Naughty”. She finished up the number then was sent directly to the ER. Luckily, she has no stitches or concussions! We’re not sure when she’ll be back in the show. Feel better soon, Brooklyn! Griffin Reese Joins KINKY BOOTS Tour, Bailey Ryon Workshop in PA, and more!

Griffin ReeseGriffin Reese, who briefly covered for Young Charlie in Kinky Boots on Broadway, will join the national tour! His debut date is TBA. Congrats, Griffin!

Bailey Ryon (Matilda) will hold a Matilda workshop in Allentown, PA on June 28th! Like the upcoming NYC workshop, she will teach a song-and-dance combo from Matilda as well a perfect your audition technique and participate in a Q&A session with Bailey. For more details, go to

TUCK EVERLASTING Heading to Broadway, PAINTED ROCKS Extended, and more!

Tuck EverlastingTuck Everlasting is officially heading to Broadway! The show will open on April 17, 2016 at a Shubert-owned theatre. No casting for the Broadway run has been announced. We’ll keep you posted!

The Painted Rocks at Revolver Creek has extended again! The show will run through June 14th at Signature Theatre Company.

KING AND I on Live with Kelly and Michael, PAINTED ROCKS Opens, and more!

The kids of The King and I appeared on Live with Kelly and Michael this morning to perform “Getting to Know You”! You can find the video above.

Brooklyn Shuck (Matilda) will depart the company of Matilda the week of May 19th to perform in “Beaches” at Drury Lane Theater in Chicago. No word on her exact performance date. We reported earlier that her final date would be May 24th but we’re not sure now!

The stars of Fun Home, Finding Neverland, Kinky Boots, Les Miserables, The Lion King, and Matilda (with an additional appearance from The Audience) will appear at Stars in the Alley on May 27th at 10:30am-12:30pm in Shubert Alley! We don’t know which stars will appear, but we’ll keep you posted! More details at

Casting for On Your Feet has been announced! Young actors Noah Johnston and Alexandria Suarez will portray Little Emilio and Little Gloria, respectively, with Olivia Coronel as the standby for Little Gloria.
