DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE \nAndrew\, along with Broadway Workshop’s staff will work with each student on audition technique and song interpretation in this special one-day master class. We will focus on giving students the opportunity to bring their audition and performance skills to the next level.  Students will break down their song material with one-on-one coaching in a fun-filled class setting. Students will also have the opportunity to be part of a Q&A with Andrew and the Broadway Workshop team. \nStudents will need sheet music for 1 or 2 musical theatre or pop/rock audition song in the correct key for this workshop. We will only be focusing on ONE 16/32 bar musical cut in this class. Accompanist/Musical Director will be provided. Students can sing anything that brings them joy and that they feel comfortable singing! Students will not need a photo/resume for this class. Andrew will be joined by Broadway Workshop director\, Marc Tumminelli who will be leading this workshop with our special guest teacher! \nThis workshop is limited to 12 students.

James Robinson and Camille A. Brown co-direct this new staging with Brown also choreographing\, becoming the first Black director to create a mainstage Met production. Baritone Will Liverman stars as Charles alongside soprano Angel Blue as Destiny/Loneliness/Greta with soprano Latonia Moore as Billie and Walter Russell III as Char’es-Baby. Hosted by Audra McDonald.
