An old-time comic in the body of a singing\, dancing 9 year old girl (think Bette Midler as a kid). Spectacularly talented\, not just for her age\, but for any age. Already a diva – Wild red hair\, loves quirky\, sparkly clothes\, has a vocabulary of adult words\, many of them outrageously inappropriate. As a result of all of that\, she has probably never had a friend her own age. Strong powerful singer\, mostly belt\, a little mix. Must dance well\, and tap is a plus. No taller than 4’4. \nLITTLE BERTIE: Female Presenting\, 8-10. Even at age eight\, Little Bertie lives under the stringent rules of propriety that her widowed Mother taught her and insists on. Only when she meets Little Cee Cee are her eyes opened as to how the world can be outside of her sheltered restricted life. Solid singer with a pretty voice\, mix and a little belt. No taller than 4’4.
