Ruby Rakos (Billy Elliot), Emma Howard (Violet), Emily Rosenfeld (Annie), and Beatrice Tulchin (Matilda) are taking part in a reading of Chasing Rainbows, a new musical which documents Judy Garland’s rise to fame following “The Wizard of Oz”.
