Fun Home has been visited by many special guests within the past couple weeks! At the Actors Fund performance, stars like James Monroe Iglehart and Brian Stokes Mitchell. Broadway kids to take part in Broadway Barks on July 11th in Shubert Alley from 3-6:30pm! This annual event helps to find homes for dogs and cats with the help of some Broadway actors and actresses. Sydney Lucas (Fun Home), Tori Feinstein (Matilda), and Tori Murray (Ruthless!) will all make an appearance for a good cause. More details can be found at TheatreMania.com.
The kids of Les Miserables, Annie, King and I, and more performed at last night’s Stars 4 Foster Youth event. Also in attendance were Seth Rudetsky and Megan Hilty. Alyssa Marvin (Dream Street, Number the Stars) has a couple projects coming up! Right now, she can be seen in “Sometimes Gay Means Happy” at Planet Connection Theatre Festivity now through July. She will also appear in the Twilight Saga short “Consumed” next week! Go Alyssa! We’re so proud of you!
