Donate on ProudToBeAMover.com and read Sumaya’s original Instagram post below: View this post on Instagram Yesterday, as the president of the Black Student Union at my school, I was able to lead over 200 people in a conversation surrounding police brutality. We were able to raise WELL OVER 2,000 DOLLARS in less than 15 minutes with the help of @nicolejmove. We are still accepting donations!! Please donate to the link in my bio (the link is to Nicole’s non-profit where we are collecting the money before evenly distributing it). 100% of the money will be equally split between 3 causes/organizations we believe fit our goal and vision. The entire BSU is proud to donate in support of Black Trans protestors, The Black Visions Collective and to the family of David McAtee. I am beyond grateful for my community and the entire organization is overwhelmed by everyone’s support. #blacklivesmatter #blacktranslivesmatter #blackgirlmagic #blackpower A post shared by /sue-may-ah/ سمية (@sumaya.nyc) on Jun 4, 2020 at 2:07pm PDT Joshua Turchin’s “The Early Night Show” was recently featured on Sirius XM’s “On Broadway”!
