First and foremost, we want to wish broken legs to all of tonight’s performers and nominees in the 2015 Tony Awards! We can’t wait to watch! We have even more alumni news today! Colin Critchley (Spring Spectacular) and Taliyah Whitaker (brownsville song) have booked the title characters in Nick Preschool’s new short “Corn & Peg”. Hayden Wall and Dylan Boyd (Soul Doctor) along with Ava-Riley Miles (Doctor Zhivago) will take part in the new workshop for Hazel, a musical based on the 1960’s sitcom of the same new. Felix Monge (On Your Feet) has posted a lot of pictures from the first preview of On Your Feet! You can check them out on his Instagram page.

Fiddler on the Roof has announced several new dates for the production. Tickets will go on sale to the public on June 6th at 10:00 am EST. The show’s new first preview date is November 12th, and opening night is December 17th. Rehearsals are scheduled to begin September 28th. Get more information about the production on!

Tony Awards Performers Confirmed, SCHOOL OF ROCK To Hold Special Preview, and more!

Sydney Lucas The Tony Awards has confirmed their performers – which include Sydney Lucas (Fun Home) and the kids of The King and I! Sydney Lucas will perform “Ring of Keys” while the King and I kids will perform “Getting to Know You”. More details over at

School of Rock will hold a special preview at Gramercy Theater in NYC! The show will be presented Jun. 3-6 as a staged concert version in lieu of an out-of-town tryout. The Broadway production will begin previews on Nov. 2nd with opening night on Dec. 6th. To purchase tickets and get more info, go to

A new musical Dream Street will premiere Off-Broadway in August! Presented by Kids of the Arts, the show is described as “World famous director Sebastian Rickter is holding open auditions for a new West End musical called Dream Street and is looking for undiscovered talent.” Casting is currently underway. The production is looking for Non-Equity kids (and Equity kids under 14 years old) ages 8-17 years old. More info at!

Lots of alumni (and current kid) news from TV and Film! Aidan Gemme (Finding Neverland) can be seen in the recently-released film “Tomorrowland”. Isabela Moner‘s (Evita) new TV series “100 Things To Do Before High School” will air a special preview tomorrow night 9pm/8c on Nickelodeon before next week’s June 6th premiere. Niles Fitch (Our Lady of Kibeho, The Lion King) will guest star on “Law & Order: SVU”. Zachary Unger (Newsies) will co-star on the upcoming CW series “Containment”. That preview you can catch on YouTube. Last but not least, Maria May (Billy Eliot) will appear opposite Alec Baldwin in “Back in the Day”, which is due out in theaters in 2016. “Lamb” (feat. Oona Laurence of Matilda) will be released on theaters in 2016! The Orchard was granted distribution rights for the film after it premiered at SXSW. We will keep you posted on an exact date!
